Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Shifts: Flexible scheduling available for days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Compensation:
- Dispatchers: $18/hr
- Drivers with minimum qualifications: $18/hr
- Drivers with Basic Life Support certification: $19/hr
- Drivers with EMT certification: $20/hr
- Drivers with medical assistant certification: $21/hr
Location: Goodyear, AZ in person, working from home not available.

Powerchairs, Stretchers, and ambulatory clients. We're currently seeking passionate individuals to join us in our mission.
This opportunity requires excellent customer service skills to build trust with callers and confidently explain our services,
ensuring they feel secure booking their trip with us.
**Job Duties:**
- Answer calls, respond to texts, and voicemail promptly.
- Enter trip details accurately and quickly into dispatch software.
- Coordinate transportation to meet service goals efficiently.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with drivers and client contacts.
- Monitor in-process and pending trips and adjust assignments to prevent delays.
- Calculate offers to brokers and clients for special requests.
- Uphold company values at all times.
- Process invoices for billing clients.
- Track and update driver credentialing.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

- Ability to learn computer systems quickly.
- Ownership mentality towards duties.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive thinking with suggestions and solutions.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and service standards.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience as a Non-Emergency Medical Driver preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a medical facility preferred but not required.
**Training Modules and Assessments:**
Candidates must successfully complete the following training modules and assessments in English:
- Conflict Resolution training
- HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
- Fraud, Waste & Abuse
- Neglect and Abuse recognition and reporting
