Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Review client notes for compliance with standards. Implement quality assurance measures. Collaborate to improve documentation.
- Individual Therapy: Provide 25+ hours of therapy per week. Use evidence-based approaches. Maintain detailed progress notes.
- Intakes and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments. Develop and implement treatment plans. Coordinate for seamless client transition.
- Availability: Maintain schedule (2pm - 8 pm). (REQUIRED) Be available for intake sessions and planning during business hours.
- Flexibility and Collaboration: Work in-office and via teletherapy. Flexibility for various locations, excluding in-home therapy. Collaborate for comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Experience: At least one year in individual therapy and counseling. - ------ Preferred experience in quality management and note review.
- Therapeutic Skills: Proficient in evidence-based modalities. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Availability: Consistent schedule with availability during business hours.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and EHR systems.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Credentials and Availability:
- Up-to-date tuberculosis (TB) test.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Unrestricted AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Valid Driver's License with an impeccable driving record.
- Updated resume showcasing your qualifications.
- Required Availability from Monday to Friday, from 2 pm to 8 pm.
It is important to understand that this role involves working from the office, conducting telehealth appointments, and occasionally in other facilities except in homes.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
