The Associate Director, Technology Leadership is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Associate Director, Technology Leadership requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

The Associate Director, Applications Operation Center (AOC), Mainframe L1 (MFL1) & Enterprise PPV (E-PPV), is responsible for leading several teams within the IT Operations Center. The AOC is a 24x7x365 team that responds to events and Incidents impacting Production applications - all of which are SOP based and many leverage automation to minimize manual intervention. Within a managed service contract, MFL1 is the Mainframe L1 team responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring and response to Mainframe jobs - the team actioned ~19k abends in 2023. The E-PPV team initiates automated test cases following Change implementation and raises awareness of potential Incidents or lobbies for rollback to minimize impact to the business segments - over 3k validations performed in 2023. Additionally, if requested, E-PPV coordinates SRE (application) tower validation to ensure that SRE teams validate the performance of their applications post Change. This leader will lead a team of 3 associates and ~90 consultant partners.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Experience driving and implementing automation to decrease manual tasks

+ Experience in executing post production validation (PPV), building test cases and a focus on quality

+ Exposure to Mainframe batch jobs/systems

+ Strong ability to partner across IT teams (SRE, Dev, Infra, etc.) to ensure that all in scope technologies are folded into our portfolio

+ Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

+ Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

+ 2+ years of resource management experience

+ Experience within an Applications Operation Center (AOC)

+ Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

+ Six Sigma certification

+ ITIL certification

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,800 - $174,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
