Position SummaryThe Duals organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Director to oversee a large-scale program focused on the multi-state transition of MMPs (Managed Medicaid Plans) to an integrated model (HIDE/FIDE). This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding the initiative through the entire lifecycle, from the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to implementation and final delivery. Required Qualifications

+ Demonstrated success in leading teams through the RFP process, implementation, and delivery phases.

+ Acts as a primary point for escalations, able to trirage and direct resolution across a variety of high magnitude business problems.

+ Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the MMPs transition, taking into consideration the lifecycle of the process including RFP through delivery of the transition requirements.

+ Strong understanding of operations and platforms with the ability to translate regulatory requirements, contracts and state-based approaches to system and operational requirements.

+ Managed Medicare and Medicaid product experience, with an in-depth understanding of integrated D-SNP products.

+ Experience driving, overseeing large programs that reach multiple matrixed functional areas. Clearly articulating and defining process, cadence, and expectations across multiple workstreams.

+ In-depth knowledge of MMPs, FIDE, and HIDE DSNP, along with a strong understanding of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Action oriented

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $227,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
