We’re seeking an experienced software engineering professional familiar with Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) practices. Collaborating closely and continuously with fellow engineers, designers and product owners, you will help build, validate and release innovative software products early and often. **What you'll do...**

+ Validate and release application using continuous integration and continuous delivery tools

+ Work in collaborative environment including pairing and mobbing with other cross-functional engineers

+ Work on a small agile team to deliver working, tested software

+ Work effectively with product owners, product designers and other technical experts

+ Work on a team focused on delivering Available, Testable, and Portable solutions using

+ Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and Event Driven Architecture via Behavior Driven Development

+ Take time to continuously learn and share with peers

+ Act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through technical knowledge/leadership skills and advocate for technical excellence

+ Develop exceptional user experiences with backend APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot and Microservices

+ Opportunity to develop exceptional user experiences using Angular / React / VueJS (any one of the JS frameworks)

**You'll have...**

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related scientific field

+ 5+ years of professional software development experience

+ 3+ years of professional development experience with any of the following: Java/Kotlin/ Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices JavaScript / TypeScript

**Even better, you may have...**

+ In-depth software engineering knowledge

+ Expertise in eXtreme Programming (XP) disciplines including: Paired programming Test-first/test-driven development (TDD)

+ Experience with Spring Cloud and deploying to cloud platforms (e.g., Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Cloud Foundry, GCP)

+ Proficiency with continuous integration/continuous delivery tools and pipelines(e.g., Tekton, Cloud Build, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Kubernetes etc.)

+ Alerting and Monitoring experience with Cloud Monitoring/ELK/Dynatrace/Splunk etc.

+ Proficiency with RESTful API standards/tools

+ Experience with Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and Event Driven Architecture

+ Experience delivering products that include front-end web development

+ Background with JavaScript, client-side MVC frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

+ Unit testing and Mocking frameworks experience

+ Relational or NoSQL database experience

+ Iterative development (Agile methodology) experience
