**Options available based on department

The Facilities Manager is responsible for supporting the Assistant Director and the Director of Engineering in maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department at the hotel. The Facilities Manager must ensure the appearance and working order of the hotel meets the highest standards, including both the inside and outside of the building and the front and back of house. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Support the Assistant Director and Director of Engineering in the daily operation of the department

+ Responsible for training and onboarding of new Engineering team members

+ Work with contractors for scheduling and task assignments when needed

+ Support safety protocols and procedures for the team

+ Assist with all other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

**The ideal candidate will be:**

+ Knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering

+ Highly organized, comfortable with HotSOS or similar systems

+ Possess strong, empathetic leadership skills

+ Professional in both written and verbal communications

+ Experienced in hotel/resort preventative maintenance and/or repairs

+ Able to walk long distance, stand constantly, work both indoors and outdoors year-round, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
