**Where You Will Work **
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. Employees working on a flexible schedule collaborate online and in-person at our Collaboration Hub at the Cotton Center in Phoenix. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration.

**Description**
Creates and maintains GIS solutions and application platforms for internal and external stakeholders. Acts as business liason to define requirements and translate into solutions. Designs and implements spatial databases. Designs and builds webpages offering spatial data functions to users. Troubleshoots and maintains solutions and webpages. Creates new desktop and online GIS software tools for use by staff and stakeholders. Works to establish and implement security controls and access to spatial data and applications.
+ Define business requirements, liason with internal and external stakeholders to construct, test and maintain GIS applications
+ Work with global business areas in the development of training material for business centric applications including the construction and maintenance of webpages for intranet and internet users
+ Collaborate with packaged, business intelligence, big data and operations platform project teams to ensure proper execution and communication during project development and implementation
+ Collaborate with other GIS staff to complete GIS projects
+ Serve as database administrator for spatial data
+ Assist in the management and development of GIS Interns
+ Perform other duties as requested
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Geography, Business Administration or related field **and** four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in the development and utilization of Information Technology; **OR**
+ Combination of education and experience (a minimum of two (2) years of which must be demonstrated responsible experience) equivalency

**Criteria/Conditions**
+ Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
+ Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
+ Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
+ Work is performed in a mine or manufacturing plant setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes or airborne particles
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, and work on elevated platforms
+ Occasionally may be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds during the course of the work day
+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

**What We Offer You**
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$79,000 - $109,000** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
