**This position will support a** Department of Energy office. The mission of this office is to provide centralized infrastructure planning processes; real estate services; program management for operations of facilities, maintenance, recapitalization, disposition, and line-item construction and perform project and contract management of line-item construction and major items of equipment.

This position is remote, with the expectation that candidates can work during Eastern Time Zone office hours. Residency in the United States is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

+ **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making processes. Develop and present comprehensive reports that support the objectives of the Clean Energy Security Program.

+ **Methodology Development:** Utilize originality and innovation to determine methodologies for accomplishing tasks, ensuring that analysis and reporting are conducted efficiently and effectively.

+ **Problem Solving:** Operate with appreciable latitude in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

+ **Collaboration & Communication:** Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment with project goals. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

+ **Performance Metrics Contribution:** Contribute to the development and achievement of key performance indicators and metrics. Ensure deliverables are met according to the project's standards and timelines.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

+ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, demonstrating a progression in responsibility and complexity of assignments.

+ Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies, with strong skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software.

+ Proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and to conduct analysis with a high degree of autonomy.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of management.

+ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

+ Candidates may be required to undergo security clearance as per the project requirements.

+ Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.

+ Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
