Description We are a reputable manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ, seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract-to-permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong Sage software skills and a background in accounts receivable. Responsibilities: Generate and send invoices, process payments in Sage Reconcile accounts receivable ledger Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Monitor overdue accounts and send reminders Prepare and maintain AR reports Assist with month-end closing and billing inquiries Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 3+ years of accounts receivable experience with Sage Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing industry Understanding of credit/collections processes Familiarity with sales tax and regulations This is a contract-to-permanent position in Chandler, AZ, with potential for permanent conversion based on performance.
