Description

Our client in the non-profit industry is in need for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! This will be reporting to the CFO, and as the Payroll Specialist, you will have cross-training with the person that is leaving the role. The Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

-Processing payroll for over 180 employees, for both exempt and non-exempt, on a semi-monthly basisdomestic, all in-state

-Auditing timesheets, and working with internal employees to be sure on any inquiries and adjustments that need to be made

-Generating weekly and daily reports for the CFO

-Submit timesheets to their payroll system

-Update employees' and new hire information in their system

-Benefits administration as needed

Requirements
