As a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician - Conveyor Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.

Must be open to both shifts below:

+ Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

+ Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.

+ Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

+ Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements

+ Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

+ Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

+ High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

+ Three years' experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.

+ Previous technical/installation experience

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Good written and oral communication

+ Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes

+ Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate

+ Good presentation skills
