Business Analyst / Process Improvement Intern – Summer 2024

Job Summary:

Through our paid internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience assisting in the development and implementation of specific marketing projects. You will:

Duration of Internship: May 20th – August 9th

Key Job Responsibilities:

+ Lead and own projects from start to finish within your functional area, including problem-solving, resourcefulness and a willingness to bring fresh ideas.

+ Assist with process improvement events, creating process maps, and solving process inefficiencies.

+ Project manage improvement initiatives.

+ Build tools in excel for enterprise use.

+ Shadow leadership to develop understanding around culture and operating systems.

+ Be part of a summer internship program where you get leadership exposure inside and outside of your respective team.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.

+ Must have MS Excel experience (VBA, index/match, etc).

· Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

· Ability to work creatively and strategically.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· This position is located onsite in our Chandler, AZ office.

· Relocation is not available for this role.

· US Person is required for this role.
