Concentrix Catalyst is looking at hiring a Marketing Technology Transformation consultant to augment our customer experience-centric technology focus. This is a heavily client-facing, management consulting role through a technology lens.

• Plan and lead digital marketing technology assessment programs for clients

• Provide POVs, write white-papers on marketing technology trends such as impact of cookie-less on CX, and how marketing technologies are going to solve it

• Comfortable to lead technical discussions with client architects and business leaders alike

• Take a hands-on approach when necessary with leading developer conversations

• Assist pre-sales and delivery as the marketing technologist in the room, bringing a structured framework for conveying ideas.

+ 15+ years of technology consulting experience with 8+ on one or more of enterprise marketing platform (DXP) like Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, or similar.

+ Strong communication skills in leading conversations with senior leadership are paramount (oral and presentation skills).

+ Very familiar with the art of building websites, CMS, DAM, Analytics, CDPs and crafting a best-fit solution using these technologies.

+ Lives in a world building marketing technology roadmaps and relevant technology strategy.

+ Wears a technologist/architect hat and understands the end-to-end digital marketing flow from lead gen, nurturing to demand-gen.

+ Knows the marketing technology landscape well, and the product players in it, along-with their capabilities

+ Has extensive experience building and presenting marketing platform POVs, assessments, business case decks

+ Has good understanding of marketing automation technologies like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or similar and its role in the end to end customer life cycle

+ Fluent in presenting ideas in the form of PowerPoint decks as needed

+ Demonstrates openness to learning new technologies, get certified as required

+ Consulting background preferred, agency background will be a solid plus
