This is an exceptional opportunity to partner across onsemi and key stakeholders to influence how we provide services, drive excellence and innovation in the Finance organization. As a business partner, you will play a critical role in the success of the organizations you support but also in ensuring the finance organization has full visibility into the costs, initiatives and expected outcomes of different strategic investments. By working closely with several members of our global executive staff (SVPs & EVPs), you will have a high level of visibility and influence across several of our larger support organizations, including Sales, Marketing, and HR.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

+ Collaborate with SVP and EVP budget owners and their direct reports (VPs & Directors) on a daily and weekly basis to create and manage departmental budgets, including identifying and implementing spend reductions or strategic investments

+ Take ownership for forecasts and present to the CEO and CFO on a quarterly basis any one-time events or changes to the forecast from the annual plan or previous forecast

+ Perform related accounting functions during month-end closing, if applicable

+ Own account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of monthly accounting, if applicable

+ Collaborate with finance management and our global Finance team to improve the outcome of finance-driven initiatives

+ Drive better outcomes with Sales, Marketing, and HR management of business-driven initiatives as the "voice of the CFO"
