Wells Fargo is seeking a transformation coach for the Consumer Lending Shared Services team for Product Management best practices. This role will work with a variety of teams and business lines throughout Consumer Lending. **In this role, you will:**

+ Build relationships and act as an advisor to senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs

+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tangible actions which upskill people, and help evolve how teams work together

+ Coach for discovery of products and continuous delivery of customer centric work, including creation of product roadmaps, development of product area backlogs, and iterative application development using modern engineering practices

+ Foster maturation of Agile behaviors and delivery concepts across all levels of staff, and coach leaders to consider readiness, complexity, pragmatic strategies, and the structure required to support software and enable transformation success

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges by asking open, analytical questions to help rethink, change and coordinate the way work is structured

+ Create, gain buy-in for, and implement proactive coaching plans that leverage observations and enterprise maturity assessments to evolve the skills of team members, engineering managers, and product managers toward higher levels of maturity

+ Actively participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches for resolving impediments to accelerate delivery

+ Guide product managers and product owners on the beneficial use of metrics for continuous improvements and data-inspired decisions

+ Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of Agile Methodology experience

+ 4 + years Product management or Product Owner experience within consumer financial services utilizing Agile Methodologies

+ Balanced technical and non-technical product management experience including development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through market delivery

+ Experience leading teams through ambiguity, and turning preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions

+ Proven ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement creative problem solving techniques

+ Experience influencing, building relationships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

+ Strong customer centricity mindset; experience leading initiatives that are focused on generating user insights

+ Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to facilitate high impact conversations, navigate conflict and negotiate for an outcome that balances the needs of the business and potential risks

+ Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

+ Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and leading a multifunctional team in a matrix environment

+ Product Tool Suite Experience: Jira, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Sharepoint, Mural

+ Agile certifications (Agile Scrum (CSM), Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer)

+ Virtual leadership experience with ability to overcome obstacles, effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

+ Demonstrated ability to enhance and implement new processes by proactively identifying roadblocks and developing recommendations for unforeseen issues

+ Experience translating and presenting complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions

+ Proven ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule
