**What you'll do here:**

This role is responsible for marketing a portfolio of subject areas and products by collaborating closely with customer marketing, brand creative services, sales, and product team members. This role contributes this messaging and market knowledge-based prioritization information to the development of integrated marketing campaigns that align with corporate and portfolio goals to drive revenue, retention, and growth.

**Essential Duties and responsibilities:**

+ Acquire and use strong market and customer understanding to analyze business results and iterate portfolio marketing strategies and tactics.

+ Collect and analyze market and sales data to ensure efforts are aligned with opportunity and revenue potential.

+ Build and execute, with Sales Learning and Development team, internal training materials for the sales team on key products and capabilities with a focus on needs-based, competitive advantages.

+ Write, coordinate, monitor, and maintain postings of sales tools and communications to our internal playbook.

+ Collaborate with our Customer Marketing Advocacy and Content and Creative teams to create and use customer stories as effective sales tools (case studies, success stories).

+ Define and deliver, in collaboration with customer training, technical writing, and platform product teams, customer-facing product education and support materials.

+ Facilitate the execution of subject area focused migrations/sunsets resulting in timely and effective GTM deliverables in strong collaboration with Product Managers and/or Platform Marketing Managers.

+ Selectively develop and promote customer-facing events and presentations to drive activations, sales conversions, and customer usage.

+ Build and maintain connections with key market influencers and advocates to advance the portfolio and thought leadership.

+ Travel as needed to internal meetings, customer events, and key accounts.

**Skills you will need here:**

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills—through multiple modalities

+ Self-starter with a desire to build robust understanding of emerging market trends, technologies, and integration strategies.

+ Outgoing and positive with a focus on building and managing relationships to impact success

+ Able to remain flexible while effectively leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficient analytical skills and ability to distill multiple pieces of data into a cohesive, actionable narrative

+ Compelling problem solving-skills with the ability to think critically and make tough decisions based on ROI

+ Ability to perform at an intermediate to expert level in MS Office Suite; familiarity with customer relationship management, business intelligence, and marketing software; basic video creation and editing a plus.

+ Passionate about higher education and customer outcomes

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
