Your Role

As a Junior Digital Media Strategist, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of digital media and office administration while contributing to our fast-paced startup environment. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, passionate about personal growth, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms
Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback
Develop engaging content tailored for different social media platforms
Assist with client events
Engage with clients to build community and brand loyalty
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Analyze data to identify trends and insights
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
Continuously learn about new digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices

Requirements & Criteria

Qualifications

Passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn
Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Canva
