Our team strives to improve the quality of life for those we serve by providing services in their natural living environment and/or the most appropriate setting. Services are typically provided within the members home, placement(s), and/or out in the community; whichever the member feels most comfortable.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in the Behavioral Health Field and work directly with children, adolescents, and young adults. You will have the ability to learn how to work with diagnoses such as Autism, Substance/Alcohol abuse, Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar, etc. You can work a flexible schedule and even work around an area near you!

As a Direct Support Provider (DSP) with our organization, you will have an opportunity to provide therapeutic services that support and encourage members with challenging and complex needs. You can gain knowledge in the behavioral health field and learn different techniques to empower those whom we serve. By working with members in the most appropriate settings, you become an integral piece of the members' personal development.
