**Job Title:** Automation Foreman

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

**Customer Relations:**

+ Representation of MES

+ Maintaining customer and contractor relationships

**Project Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the financial success of all assigned construction projects

+ Communication of project status, issues, with Project Managers

+ Reviewing project submittals and bill of materials for accuracy

+ Maintain project schedules

+ Technical support for installers

+ Provide thorough verbal and written documentation

+ Coordinate with Project Managers for design changes, graphics, and programs

+ Maintaining project forecasting manpower requirements

+ Attend construction meetings and represent MES

+ Maintaining company installation standards

**Job Specifications** (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

+ Minimum eight (8) years of direct automation experience with control systems and programing required.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent field experience.

+ Working knowledge of at least three HVAC controls systems (preferably Delta, JCI or Andover)

+ Ability to interface with customers at a supervisory and management level.

+ Engineering skills required include knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer programming.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Experience with control system architecture design, programing, or maintenance desired.

+ Good computer skills, understanding of controls networking.

+ A valid driver’s license.
