**Preferred Knowledge/Skills** :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts related to:

+ Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports, including FR Y-14A, FR Y-14M, FR Y-14Q, FR 2052a, Call Report, and FR Y-9C, in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

+ Analyze financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information reported in regulatory submissions;

+ Perform detailed reviews and validations of regulatory reports to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data;

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure transparency and auditability;

+ Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory reporting requirements and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes;

+ Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Risk Management, and IT, to gather and validate data for regulatory reporting purposes;

+ Leverage your expertise in Adenza/AxiomSL to streamline reporting processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate data mapping and transformations;

+ Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiency in the regulatory reporting workflow;

+ Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them in understanding regulatory requirements and reporting procedures; and,

+ Facilitate regulatory audits and examinations by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to the regulatory reporting process.
