We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Contacts Qualifications Help build our unified observability stack using tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk. Improve automation and increase the system’s self-healing capability. Build monitoring that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages

**What you’ll be able to do** :

+ Partner with development teams to improve services

+ Work with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace

+ Effectively communicate with Product Teams, Business and End Users. Analyze system performance to determine root cause, deep dive application issues, to achieve customer satisfaction rates.

**The minimum requirements we seek** :

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related

+ 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer

+ 1 Site Reliability Engineer certification

+ 1 GCP certification

**Our preferred requirements** :

+ Expertise in Observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace

+ Knowledge of data analytics tool stack such as Alteryx tableau and qlik sense

+ Experience building software and computer systems using a variety of languages (C/C++/C#/JAVA/JavaScript/ Ruby etc.).

+ Proficiency in CI/CD practices and Git tools
