We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet candidates and hiring managers as they prepare for their interviews

+ Answers calls from potential candidates

+ Answers calls from hiring managers

+ Assist with job posting and advertisement on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

+ Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.

+ Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

+ Shadow Recruiters as they coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

+ Assist in the coordination of recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, etc.

+ Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

+ Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.

This is a Part Time internship position based in Phoenix, Arizona. This internship opportunity will span across Summer 2024. We offer an hourly based rate and valuable learning experience in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
