The Phoenix Integration facility has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Engineer. In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Maintain and improve quality system and documentation
+ Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications
+ In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis
+ Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises
+ Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
+ Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies
+ Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership
+ Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Engineering Degree preferred
+ In depth experience in lieu of degree will be considered
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
+ Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders
+ Strong presentation and communication skills

This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. Citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$61,200.00 - $67,100.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
