About the Job

The Implementation Project Management Supervisor is responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of new implementation projects. This role focuses on supervising and guiding a team of Project Managers, ensuring quality and consistency in project execution. The Supervisor will also assess the current project planning process and lifecycle, enacting improvements where necessary. Additionally, they will work with the Manager of Implementation to create replicable implementation frameworks and standard Scopes of Work that can be customized to meet specific client needs.

What you will be doing:

+ Oversee and guide a team of project managers to ensure the successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of implementation projects.

+ Supervise the project managers, providing support, feedback, and resources to ensure quality project execution.

+ Evaluate and refine the current project planning processes and lifecycle, implementing changes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

+ Collaborate with the Manager of Implementation to develop standardized implementation frameworks and Scopes of Work adaptable to specific customer requirements.

+ Maintain close working relationships with sales, account management, and product management teams.

+ Conduct regular check-ins with project managers to review progress, address challenges, and provide mentorship.

+ Track project schedules, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects meet quality and delivery targets.

+ Enforce project standards and manage risks and escalations within the project management team, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

+ Coordinate implementation resources and overall project plans, aligning with team capacity and client needs.

+ Manage and monitor the performance of assigned projects and ensure that project goals are met within the required timeframe.

+ Proactively identify areas for improvement in project execution and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

+ Lead regular team meetings to discuss project statuses, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

+ Provide pre-sales support to the Sales team as needed, offering insights into implementation capabilities and frameworks.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Sciences or in a related discipline is preferred, but not required.

+ Minimum 3-year experience in SaaS project management or equivalent related experience.

+ Experience as a Project Management Team lead or Supervisor preferred

+ PMP Certification preferred

+ Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems is preferred
