At Pauley Construction , as a Project Manager , you’ll l be assisting the General Manager with various large scale projects and tasks as needed and may potentially take the lead on upcoming projects as assigned by customer.

What you’ll do as a Project Manager

+ Develop, maintain and update program documentation.

+ Program task management (as assigned by Manager).

+ Develop and maintain program file system (physical and electronic)

+ Customer contact to obtain project specific information.

+ Estimate revenue and customer costs based on provided estimating tools and or works with others to develop estimates.

What you’ll need

+ To be 18 years of age or older

+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company

+ Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.

+ Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.

+ May be required to work after hours; on weekends or be on-call as work is needed.

+ Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.

+ Must possess excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.

Additional qualifications

+ 3 -5 years of experience in delivering OSP Telecommunications services or utility related industry services

+ Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duties and responsibilities of the position.

+ Ability to make common sense understanding to carry out instructions that are provided in written, oral or drawing. Ability to deal with and understand problems involving different variables in many varied situations. Ability to collect, organize, disseminate and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to calculate figures and amounts (measurements in terms of distance, proportions, percentages and area. Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics including algebra and geometry.

Physical abilities & exposures

+ Routinely: Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low. The employee will be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding or stooping while on shift.

+ Occasionally: Employees performing these job functions are required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range: Annual salary range for the Project Manager position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
