Position Summary
The Learning Advisor serves as a learning business partner supporting internal client groups from a design and learning management perspective. The Learning Advisor will be dedicated and detail- oriented and function as a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) with supporting the development of learning experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of the LMS, support users, and oversee the transition to a new LMS platform while also serving as a learning business partner to design, build, and facilitate learning programs, products, and tools

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Learning Strategy:
Design learning products with strong design and branding skills to standardize products.
Design and develop learning programs that support business needs and goals.
Partner with business units, various levels of leadership, and stakeholders, and maintain relationships.
Conduct needs analysis, analyze responsibilities, skills, capabilities, and performance needs, and propose targeted learning solutions to close gaps, evolve capability, and align with business objectives.
Design and build adult learning strategies, solutions, and activities leveraging L&D products and tools.
Conduct and facilitate virtual and in-person training, practice labs, and workshops.
Recommend and build measurement tools, assessments, and knowledge checks for specific solutions.
Data and Reporting Management: Monitor feedback, evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions, and communicate results and recommendations to business partners.
Collaborate with global teams to explore new tools, methods, and technologies for improved learning experiences.
Consult and collaborate with department trainers in building their department training programs
Partner with department trainers and stakeholders on department onboarding, deploying curated tools, resources, and guidance.
Align talent management strategy to learning initiatives and business objectives.
Develop and guide department trainers on enterprise learning standards and learning methods.
LMS Administrator:
Audit system file feeds and address errors.
Own all aspects of user management, troubleshooting, access issues, and administration request.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
Own and manage all LMS inquiries, resolving functional issues within the system, answering questions from stakeholders, providing user support, and addressing simple to complex issues that demand a deeper understanding of the LMS functions.
Build custom dashboards, generate and analyze reports on LMS usage and performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements based on data analysis.
Regularly update and maintain the LMS, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime

Ability to identify and differentiate opportunities for skill gaps or process improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office products and proficient with rapid development authoring tools.
Strong acumen in learning ecosystems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to demonstrate a strong curiosity and focus on continuous self-learning, and exploring new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field.

Education & Experience
5+ years of experience in instructional design/curriculum design/learning technologies developing engaging and effective learning resources.
5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Programs, and/ or Product and Program Development.
5+ years in corporate learning or equivalent and department/business partnerships.
Require a bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, learning technologies, or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs).
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Learning, HR, ATD, SHRM Certification or equivalent
