**Siebel CRM Developer**
The Oracle SiebelCRM Developer will be responsible for designing and developing sales, marketingand call center applications using General Motor’s enterprise suite of CRMtools\. Development activities will include design and configuration of SiebelCRM Automotive solutions\. Experience with Siebel 8\.x is highly desirable\.Responsibilities include feasibility reviews of the development efforts for newrequirements, develop solutions following Siebel best practices and performthorough unit testing\. You will get to gain a thoroughunderstanding of the infrastructure and configuration of existing environments,working to utilize GM’s enterprise licenses to innovate in sales, marketing andservice\.
The Oracle SiebelApplications Developer is responsible for developing software applicationsusing sound, repeatable, industry best practices and in accordance with GM'ssoftware development project methodology and the creation of CRM solutions withthe use of the Oracle suite of tools in addition to any of GM’s enterpriselicensed software products\. You will learn the GM softwaredevelopment lifecycle and translate user requirements into technicalspecifications, design and develop proof of concepts, execute developmentaccording to specifications, and create and maintain technical applicationdocumentation\.
Focus areas for thisposition include: Lead Management, Campaign Management, Opportunity Management,Call Centers, Contact Management, Partner Portals, and Customer LoyaltyPrograms\.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline or equivalent experience 8\-10 years of Siebel development experience, including configuration, workflows, LOV’s, EIM, and EAI Strong understanding and experience with of Siebel tools, Siebel Open UI, Siebel EAI to configure and integrate CRM applications Strong understanding and experience with Siebel data model and data entities like customer, prospects, assets, vehicles and other entities Experience developing complex CRM applications, workflows and user interfaces in global organizations Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, or waterfall development and project methodologies
Experience with Siebel 8\.1, including Open UI Thorough understanding of Oracle Siebel CRM features and functionality, specifically Siebel Automotive Experience and familiarity with IT best practices in large enterprises and their implications relative to repeatable software development
