**Siebel CRM Developer Associate:**
The Oracle Siebel CRM Developerwill be responsible for designing and developing sales, marketing and callcenter applications using General Motor’s enterprise suite of CRM tools\.Development activities will include design and configuration of Siebel CRMAutomotive solutions\. Experience with Siebel 8\.x is highly desirable\.Responsibilities include feasibility reviews of the development efforts for newrequirements, develop solutions following Siebel best practices and performthorough unit testing\.You will obtain a thoroughunderstanding of the infrastructure and configuration of existing environments,working to utilize GM’s enterprise licenses to innovate in sales, marketing andservice\.
You will be responsible for developing software applications using sound,repeatable, industry best practices and in accordance with GM's softwaredevelopment project methodology and the creation of CRM solutions with the useof the Oracle suite of tools in addition to any of GM’s enterprise licensedsoftware products\. The Developer must follow the GM software developmentlifecycle and translate user requirements into technical specifications, designand develop proof of concepts, execute development according to specifications,and create and maintain technical application documentation\.
Focus areas for this positioninclude: Lead Management, Campaign Management, Opportunity Management, CallCenters, Contact Management, Partner Portals, and Customer Loyalty Programs\.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline or equivalent experience5\-8 years' of Siebel development experience, including configuration, workflows, LOV’s, EIM, and EAIStrong understanding and experience with of Siebel tools, Siebel Open UI, Siebel EAI to configure and integrate CRM applicationsStrong understanding and experience with Siebel data model and data entities like customer, prospects, assets, vehicles and other entitiesExperience developing complex CRM applications, workflows and user interfaces in global organizationsExperience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, or waterfall development and project methodologies
Experience with Siebel 8\.1, including Open UIThorough understanding of Oracle Siebel CRM features and functionality, specifically Siebel AutomotiveExperience and familiarity with IT best practices in large enterprises and their implications relative to repeatable software development
