*Enterprise Finance* drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

*Enterprise Project Management Solutions (EPMS)* is part of the larger *Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO)* within EF & IT, which partners across the company to ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and projects executed as well as to provide governance for the enterprise portfolio of projects in terms of delivery, culture, risk management, effectiveness and efficiency of project management resources.

We are currently developing a project management team that will serve as an internal resource pool for both cross-enterprise initiatives and under-served areas of the company who do not otherwise have access to this capability within their own groups. This team will support a broad range of initiatives, serving businesses throughout the Wells Fargo enterprise, and as such offers the opportunity to build a diverse set of project experiences and perspective. This position will build/lead a team of approximately 12 project managers and coordinators. The role may also assist leadership in further refining and building out this capability.

Responsible for, directly and through subordinates, for managing all activities and people associated with complex projects across a line of business. Manages a program or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls. Interacts with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects.

* Setting high level strategy on business, product, and customer service needs

* Analyzing profitability, policy, programs and staffing to ensure optimal business results; initiating and directing complex projects, including those managed by others

* Directing Robitic Process Automation (RPA) project staff

* May be viewed as an RPA program expert.

* Working with multiple groups to identify requirements, develop project plans and strategies, preparing business cases and assigning tasks

* Interacts with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects.

* Manages RPA program or a series of projects associated with a specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls.

* Influencing and negotiating with senior management

* Managing task forces

* Overseeing project control and related risks

* Interfacing with high level users to define needs and issues; managing the creation of user training

* Managing budget/forecasting

* Developing and/or authorizing policies/procedures/controls within scope of project to optimize results while ensuring compliance with government regulations and enterprise policies

* Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation

* 2+ years of leadership experience

* 2+ years Robotic Process Automation experience
