Guide our OnTech workforce daily through real-time support, troubleshooting advice, quality inspections, and training enhancements, among other things. In this role, you will:
+ Act as an advocate for the customer
+ Communicate daily with Technicians to troubleshoot diagnostic obstacles and make recommendations for protecting and defending customer devices
+ Provide remote support for a variety of on-site Technician duties, including delivery, installation, set-up, education and networking, primarily focused on smart home technology products from Google Nest, Ring, and Linksys, as well as other audio, streaming, and connectivity accessories with your specialty in HVAC
+ Create, audit and update education materials for use by Technicians and other support groups
For this role, you have:
+ Ideally a minimum of 10 years HVAC experience

+ Comfortability providing remote support of a nationwide technician workforce, from a call center environment
+ Experience installing, troubleshooting, and using smart thermostats
+ Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills
+ Knowledge of HVAC Safety Standards and Protocols
+ Detailed Knowledge of HVAC Systems and Methods
+ Ability to identify different HVAC system and troubleshoot, with remote techs.
+ Ability to identify thermostat wiring with remote techs on site.
+ Detailed knowledge of Smart Thermostats
