CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER Finance/Accounting & Travel

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of inquiry management to end user customers.


Provide day-to-day coaching, counseling, performance management and team accountability.

+ Lead, manage and develop direct reports

+ Provide initial and ongoing training and professional development for associates

+ Communicate key performance metrics and provide routine individual coaching and counseling in relation to these metrics

+ Maintain attendance records, time sheets and time off requests for team members

+ Ensure proper use of company tools and technologies by associates

Ensure client operational service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

+ Effectively manage team to ensure the sound execution of our customer service processes

+ Track established KPIs and leverage the data to proactively manage the execution of services

+ As required, update account documents, scopes of work, and/or processes in accordance with amendments to client contracts


+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent management (5-7 years) experience required. Business degree is preferred

+ Knowledge of finance industry is desired

+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

+ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

+ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

+ Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables.

+ Previous direct management experience of at least 5-10 people within the last five years.

+ Must be a citizen of the United States (no sponsorship or GCs at this time)

+ Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings
