Title: Systems Administrator - Chandler, AZ

Location: Chandler, AZ

UCT is seeking an experienced and talented Systems Administrator to join our team in Chandler, AZ! We are looking for a Systems Administrator with extensive experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise Microsoft technologies, primarily Active Directory, Exchanger Server, Lync/Skype for Business and System Center. The individual will possess strong written and verbal communications skills, be comfortable presenting to audiences, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, but rewarding technical environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manage and monitor Office 365 tenant including Exchange Online, Skype/Teams, etc.

+ Manage SCCM environment to maintain windows server/workstation patch compliance and 3rd party application updates.

+ Maintain/develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks such as account provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts.

+ Maintain Active Directory Domain Services and sub components.

+ Manage windows servers and roles including DHCP/DNS/File services/Print services.

+ Monitor windows infrastructure using tools like SCOM, SolarWinds, VeeamOne, etc.

+ Works independently or as a team member for multiple network infrastructure related projects.

+ Server as escalation point to tier 1 support team.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Experience with Windows PowerShell including O365 modules.

+ Experience deploying/managing Exchange Server (including role placement, high availability, performance optimization, etc.) highly desired

+ Experience with Active Directory Federation Services

+ Experience with mobile device management (MDM) a plus

+ Experience with Lync Server/Skype for Business, including planning, configuration, troubleshooting is a plus

+ Experience with Microsoft System Center (Configuration Manager, Operations Manager) highly desired

+ Experience with RADIUS and Microsoft certificate services a plus

+ Intermediate knowledge of networking technologies including VLAN and routing protocols a plus

Educational/Certification Requirement:

+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.

+ Technical certifications desired, such as Microsoft O365, Azure, Powershell, or related.

Experience Requirement:

+ Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience managing Office 365 tenants, primarily focused on Exchange Online and Skype for Business/Teams.

+ Minimum 3 – 5 years experience with advanced administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory technologies (including replication issues, group policy configurations, disaster recovery, DNS etc.). Active Directory migration experience a plus

+ Minimum 3 -5 years experience with advanced administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and later (including mail flow analysis and troubleshooting, disaster recovery, performance tuning, etc.)

+ Minimum 3 - 5years experience building, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and later (including networking, server performance, and disaster recovery scenarios, etc.)

Environmental Exposure:

+ Subject to frequent interruptions.

+ Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable.

Overnight Travel:

+ Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).

+ Ability to travel to domestic and international UCT offices as needed
