Pilot Freight Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to work in our Phoenix, AZ office to ensure excellent customer service by providing assistance to all customers (internal and external) in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner with an emphasis on problem resolution. This person will support our Tuesday through Saturday operation.
This position requires a High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) – Level 2.
This position 1-2 years performing telephone based customer service with above average problem solving; Experience within a service environment a plus (retail, food service, call center).
+ Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience in and proven success in negotiating for win-win results.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and duties.
