position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required
to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal
business hours of 5:00am - 7:00pm AZ. It may be necessary, given the business
need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 4425 E Cotton
Center Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85040.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Answerincoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices,clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (EG. benefitand eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment,explanation of benefits)

+ Focuson resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systemsto identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response tocaller

+ Deliverinformation and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationshipswith providers and their staff

+ Completethe documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate thereporting of overall trends

you’ll need to develop knowledge of our various products and multiple levels of
benefits within each product in order to best assist our providers/customers.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

+ Familiaritywith computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability tonavigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

+ Demonstratedability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport andrespond to customers in a compassionate manner

+ Skilledin problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office,administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers asthe primary job tools

+ Priorhealth care experience
