This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts that have a passion for managing and iterating recruitment programs and processes for employee hiring. This includes all elements of recruitment operations in the full recruiting lifecycle from the content management to feed recruitment marketing efforts through new hire day 1 onboarding with a keen focus on creating a best in class hiring experience for employees.
This role requires an ability to manage and prioritize a myriad of initiatives, at varying stages of completion, and bring to timely completion while driving for streamlined processes. It includes coordinating candidate experience and recruiting process improvement programs to enable attraction of exceptional talent to our organization. The person for this role must have strong business and operating intuition, have exceptional project and program management skills, continuously seek new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster to enhance outcomes, use analytics to drive TA and business decisions and be an inspirational agent of change within the organization. Must be able to dig into details to understand and assess business needs, identify potential gaps in strategic operations and processes, and turn problems into well-executed programs to benefit all involved.
+ Develop team members while balancing workloads.
+ Lead the team accountable for the execution of key recruiting operational processes, including interview scheduling, recruiting coordination, background checks, etc.
+ Develop and implement innovative recruiting tools and processes, determine their effectiveness in supplementing recruiting efforts, and track their success.
+ Drive the Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, finding the best systems and tools to support our hiring programs and processes. Work cross-functionally on technology initiatives to help implement process and technology efficiencies to ensure highly accurate, compliant and efficient hiring practices.
+ Drive automation initiatives.
+ Effectively work with recruiting partners by providing ongoing communication on projects, performance, and process.
+ Own and evolve candidate experience programs while defining and measuring quality standards and controls.
+ Facilitate project teams to assist with key initiatives to build standards, processes, and implement controls.
+ Build out recruiting metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
+ Draw insights from recruiting data, share with leadership and provide recommendations on processes and programs to affect positive outcomes based on the data.
+ Drive work to optimize use of data for better and faster data related decision-making.
+ Handle vendor relationships for team's processes and tools, contract negotiation, and contract management with new and existing vendors.
+ Oversee external partners to ensure effectiveness & alignment.
+ Perform cost and benefit analyses to provide recommendations that support business strategies. Measure implemented initiatives to determine actual impacts and costs, benefits and success.
+ Run content calendar for use in social media and collateral updates.
+ Contribute to the development and effective management of the department budget.

+ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required; master’s degree preferred
+ 5+ Consulting, Project/Program Management Experience
+ 5+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy or recruiting/HR operations
+ 5+ years Talent Acquisition related experience. TA Operations, with a focus on recruiting technology and programs preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience leading, managing and developing teams
+ Professional certification (PHR/SPHR, etc.) preferred
+ Strong Knowledge of analytical and process tools such as Excel, Tableau, iGrafx
