Senior Systems Administrator Primary Responsibilities:
+ Emergency response to application failures
+ Perform advanced configuration and oversight of virtual infrastructure
+ Support deployed frameworks and release pipelines for critical applications
+ Facilitate hardware upgrades, provisioning, and improvements with engineering and Infrastructure teams
+ Provide oversight, support, and best practice to the System Administrators performing day-to- day monitoring, support, and maintenance on the physical and virtual infrastructure and operating systems.
Senior Systems Administrator Minimum Qualifications:
+ A willingness to self-educate and research to meet the ever changing demand of technology is an absolute must for this position.
+ Proficiency in operating systems, software, and hardware installation / configuration
+ Experience with VMWare virtualization technologies such as vCenter management suite
+ Experience with Cloud technologies, e.g. Private, Public, Hybrid
+ Experience in an agile operations/devops environment
+ Experience with CentOS and RedHat Linux OSs, specifically around web hosting and container technology
+ Experience with PowerShell and scripting
+ Database support experience with: MSSQL, Redis, PostGreSQL, NoSQL
+ Knowledge of webhosting, web services, and APIs
+ Knowledge of SAN for VMware, Windows and Linux operating systems.
+ Experience with SAN technology, preferably NetApp
+ Basic understanding of networks, switch ports, VLANs, subnets, and routing
+ Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization for the position

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis. U-Haul co-founders L.S. "Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it. Their visionary approach spread the cost of ownership among many users, facilitating the mobility of the populations of the U.S. and Canada. The covered wagon of the pioneers morphed into orange U-Haul trailers. In the process, an industry was born.
