**Essential Job Functions**
+ Review planning efforts and tracking all hardware requirements for customer.
+ Conduct weekly meetings to identify hardware needs, status, and schedules.
+ Coordinate with customer, vendors, internal vendors, and multiple customer sites when needed.
+ Place POs, process SAP routings, and complete related quotation paperwork for parts required.
+ Track hardware using an agreed-upon template, and provide status updates regularly.
+ Coordinating with customer to drive demand from the highest-level possible (Outline). Additional demand may be required and would be driven at the component level for spare, attrition, transfers between projects, and other SAP adjustments as needed.
+ Interface with vendors during quotation phase and subsequent phases until parts are delivered.
+ Interface with suppliers to ensure commit dates are met and escalate when dates will not be met. Provide regular status.

+ Strong team and communication skills required.
+ Experience with project management preferred.
+ Understand supply chain process and work with engineering team to drive parts to closure.
+ SAP background preferred.
+ Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
**Physical Requirements & Work Environment:**
+ Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
+ Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
+ Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
+ Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
+ Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
+ Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
