Credit Administrator

The Credit Administrator is one of the most important roles in the Company! The Credit Administrator has the key role in ensuring the Credit Team operates at its full potential and that the Company’s credit policies and procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently.


+ Day-to-day support of the Credit Management team.

+ Hands-on processing of credit applications, lien waivers, and related paperwork.

+ Ensure adherence to the Company’s credit policies and procedures, support of collection efforts and managing incoming calls.

+ Support Credit Application Process.

+ Provide updated credit reports and collect trade references.

+ Communicate effectively and confidently; comfortable engaging all internal/external clients.

+ Manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

+ Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve processes.

+ Minimum of 1-2 years’ administration experience in Financial Services within a B2B environment. 5+ years’ experience being successful working in a client-focused and results-driven environment.

+ MS Office suite proficient – Advanced Excel skills.

+ DMSI software experience is a PLUS.

+ A fearless innovator consistently introducing new ideas and demonstrating original thinking.

+ A relationship builder – the ability to immediately build rapport with almost anyone.

+ A curious, positive outlook.
