Facilities Project Manager

A Facilities Project Manager with experience managing all different types of projects. Customer service focused (internal and external), self-motivated, detail oriented, technology focused, multi-tasker needed to manage facilities management system’s and projects. This position will manage the facilities systems and all projects based upon a pre-defined company strategy.


+ Facilitate support and repair activities for a customer service oriented team

+ Scheduling and coordinating standard tasks in the scope of Facilities, Real Estate, Construction and Project Management

+ Ensures that realistic projects scope and quality plans are prepared and maintained

+ Tracks all activities and budgets against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports to senior management

+ Expertise in analyzing existing applications; creating documentation, defining detailed functionality of the applications, and if necessary, recommendations for change

+ Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements, then collaborating with Users and Developers to estimate project impact

+ Ability to develop and prepare functional specifications, resource requirements, timelines, and project budgets

+ Document processes for training rollout; technical and non-technical audiences

+ Facilitate regularly scheduled meetings, driving team to deadlines and expected outcomes

+ Ability to Identify problems at the earliest opportunity and recommend solutions that can be executed by yourself or a team; escalated as appropriate

+ Help balance the prioritization of competing projects; excellent judgement is needed

+ Create a positive and easy communication channel (team, product owner, stakeholders); manages cross-departmental teams effectively

+ Protect the team from outside interruptions and remove roadblocks

+ Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with technical and non-technical audiences; effective presentation skills

+ Experience working with different Project management tools

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Project management: 5 years

+ Facilities coordination/management 3 years

+ Construction or supply distribution industries experience preferable

+ Able to work in an office during core working hours and some weekend as the business and position requires (not a remote position).
