    • Control further production, processing, or delivery of a product until a quality

    • Defect is corrected or resolved by management.

    • Adhere to company QMS documented procedures\process and report changes through our Document Change Request process.

    • Report to management any training needs identified.

    • Provide a venue for continuous improvement.

    A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a CMM Programmer in an Aerospace environment

    Knowledge of AS9100 certified quality systems.

    Ability to complete First Piece Inspection Forms and Customer Required reports.

    Ability to operate/ program CMM both manual and PC-DMIS based, profilometer, and comparator.

    Familiarity with and ability to use standard inspection tools.

    Experience and competence with MS Windows based software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

    Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform follow-up assignments as needed.

    Work Environment:

    The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. The noise level can be loud to very loud for short periods when tracking or expediting orders requires plant or manufacturing exposure.

    Physical Demands:

    • The employee is required to – stand, walk, push, pull, reach

    • Overhead, and bend to the floor. – exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and\or exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and\or – exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

    • Machines - physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts – breathing fumes, dust and mist - skin exposure to oils and cutting fluid.
