WSP is currently initiating a search for an **On-Call Senior Lead Electrical Engineer** for our **Tucson, AZ** office. Be involved in projects with our Mining Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact

+ Involvement in the design of electrical power supply systems mining, water and tailings projects

+ Contribute to projects with a major focus on project delivery, identifying potential problems and managing client expectations

+ Prepare specifications, reports, calculations, and technical evaluations

+ Support technical and project execution activities such as electrical equipment procurement packages, preparing project estimates, etc.

+ Liaise with internal and external clients regularly to ensure project objectives are being managed and achieved in alignment with expectations

+ Provide direction and markups to CAD drafters on equipment layouts, single line diagrams, connection diagrams, grounding, conduit, etc.

+ Mentor junior engineers

+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

+ Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

+ 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an EPC environment

+ Effective communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills

+ Working knowledge of all phases of engineering (conceptual stage through to detail design)

+ Experience with power system analysis, grounding design and lighting design software applications

+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

+ Must be flexible to a variety of schedules to meet business needs and able to prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt to change in a pressure work environment.

+ Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous electrical engineering experience on mining projects

+ Professional Engineer’s licensure in Arizona, Nevada or other states where WSP operates

+ Leading the discovery, assessment, design, and implementation of Zoom products which include Zoom Phone, Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, WorkForce Management and more

+ Acting as a business analyst and technology advisor you will collaborate with clients to implement Zoom’s solutions to various market segments

+ Documenting customers business requirements via use cases, user stories, and call/process flows/flowcharts

+ Performing a wide range of integrations with 3rd party products such as WorkForce Management and Customer Records

What we’re looking for

+ Have 5-7+ years of engineering experience performing technical gap analysis, creating requirements for large scale enterprises for voice, SMS, Chat and contact center solutions

+ Have a degree in CS, MIS or its equivalent and at least 5+ years of experience designing and implementing CX solutions. UCaaS/CcaaS/Chat Bot

+ Have experience with Contact Center best practices, processes and procedures for design, deployment, and support

+ Experience with CRM Vendors Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, HubSpot etc. (APIs and CTI connectors)

+ Have an understanding of AI and NLP: Understands natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and AI integration

+ Experience with Chat bot Development Platforms: Hands-on experience in developing and managing chatbots, especially with platforms like Solvvy and Zoom Virtual Agent

**Sr. Project Engineer**

The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership by identifying, developing, and executing capital projects for the factory with a focus on packaging and automation equipment. This position will maintain visibility to the design process, ensure adherence to all established key components and project deliverables, and directly manage overall project execution including construction and commissioning. Additionally, this position will coordinate with the client as well as various other groups inside and outside of the organization.

Preliminary Project Development including Charter Development

+ Assist in development of pre-project approval documents including project charter, project management plan, project kick start, estimate and milestone schedule creation.

+ Monitor design progress and deliverables are met in adherence to established project key components.​

+ Receive design details from design team with full understanding of project deliverables to coordinate bid package development and release for construction bidding and field execution.

+ Select contractors and contracting methods based on engineering ways of working methodology.

Project Execution & Facilitation

+ Direct and execute installation, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects.Manage adherence to project scope and secure approvals for all changes in projects based on engineering ways of working methodology.

Job Summary:

This is a 2nd shift position which includes an 8% added pay differential.This position is an onsite role. The Production Test Engineer (PTE) is part of a manufacturing team who supports the test process though one or more phases of the product lifecycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production, and depot activities. PTE validates and ensures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. Performs troubleshooting and problem solving of test failures. Identifies opportunities in test processes to improve efficiency, yields and capacity. PTE's also support creating Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add additional capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescence. The PTE assures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. The PTE leads projects to reduce testing, improve efficiency, yields, and capacity. The PTE drives manufacturing changes through process change board and supports engineering configuration changes at configuration change board.
