A Safe Home: We develop and manage single- and multi-family homes, housing complexes, and residential behavioral health group homes in Arizona that offer affordable rents and mortgages. We also train and monitor sponsors of the Adult Foster Care and Adult Behavioral Health Therapeutic Home programs. Nutritious Meals: We provide over 507,000 pounds of food to families in need from our two food pantries in the rural Arizona towns of Wickenburg and Peoria. Additionally, we serve nearly 208,000 congregate and home-delivered meals in the Phoenix metro area each year. Health & Wellness: We offer services to empower community-based living, increase independence and enhance and maintain the highest functional quality of life for Arizonans of all ages. These include adult day health services, Medicare-certified home health and non-medical home care services. Caregiver Support: We educate clients, family and professional caregivers, and members of the community in an effort to empower them to maintain and enhance independence for themselves, their loved ones, and their clients.
